My name is Ingrid Fray and I am a Professor at St. Johns University within the Department of Management at the Tobin School of Business. I am also a Doctor of Management Student at the University of Maryland.

Currently, I teach organizational behavior, ethics, strategy, human resource management and business 101. My goal is to finish my program at the University of Maryland and better expand my level of management and share that with my students as well as my past business experience.

Formerly, I was the President and Founder of Dress for Success Nassau County, an affiliate office of Dress for Success Worldwide, a non profit organization that provides business appropriate clothing for low-income women seeking employment.

I founded this office in 2003 out of the trunk of my car, later expanding to two locations. My office served a little over 400 low-income women a year, providing them with resume writing/interview skills, business attire and personal products to help them gain employment. Our goal was to help low-income women transition from welfare to work.

Prior to working at St. Johns and founding Dress for Success Nassau County, I worked on the institutional trading desk at Oppenheimer & Co. on Wall Street. However, I really loved marketing and wanted to pursue a career in Advertising, so after leaving Oppenheimer, I went to work for Warwick Baker & O'Neil Advertising on such brands as Lysol and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

After a wonderful five years at Warwick, I moved on to philanthropy and went to work at Philip Morris in their domestic violence and womens programs division, aiding non-profits expand their help towards the needy by providing support and advertising materials for their clients. My most successful project was the organization and development of the Philip Morris domestic violence brochure, which was put in every bathroom stall throughout worldwide, where women could find information about domestic violence service and help.
